About the data
CampConditions.au uses official government data for campground details and closures in Victoria and New South Wales, with extra campgrounds from OpenStreetMap. It is not an official warning service. Values a source does not provide are left blank.

Counts are from this build, 1 November 2026, 9:12 AM AEDT.
Update cadence
The site is rebuilt from the official sources about every three hours, with extra builds at about 10am and 2pm Melbourne time during daylight saving (AEDT), when many NPWS closures start or end. OpenStreetMap campgrounds and towns are refreshed weekly. Each page shows when it was built.
A camp is marked Closed only where an official source records a closure. A closure that starts later is shown as an upcoming closure until it starts. Do not treat Check conditions as open.
