Who we are

CampConditions.au publishes a free weekly digest of Victorian campground conditions. Contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

If you sign up, we collect your email address and the date and time of your sign-up and confirmation. We don't use tracking cookies. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, may log basic technical data such as your IP address for security.

Why we collect it

We use your email only to send the digest and service emails about your subscription, such as the confirmation message.

Sharing

We never sell, rent or share your email, except with service providers who process it for us: Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (hosting). Your data may be stored or processed outside Australia.

Double opt-in

Signing up is double opt-in. We email you a confirmation link, and you are not on the list until you click it.

Unsubscribe, access, correction and deletion

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe any time. To ask for access, a correction, or deletion, email [email protected].

How long we keep it

We keep your email while you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe, or after you ask us to delete it, we delete it within 30 days.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, email us. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
